REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, online services, memberships, consulting, automation systems, AI services, educational materials, and downloadable content, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated.

However, SERVICESDOGS may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

Digital downloads, Templates, AI systems, Marketing systems, Automation deployments, Community access, Memberships already accessed, Consulting sessions already delivered, Customized services, Whop-hosted products already consumed, Subscription periods already utilized.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically generate refunds for prior billing periods.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users agree to contact SERVICESDOGS support before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

Account suspension, Permanent bans, Debt collection efforts, Legal action where applicable.

5. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered under limited circumstances including:

Duplicate transactions, Technical delivery failures, Billing errors, Unauthorized purchases verified by investigation.

Approval of refunds remains at the sole discretion of SERVICESDOGS.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds may require 5–14 business days depending on the payment processor and financial institution.
